TERMS OF SERVICE

Entri Games

Welcome to PE SHADRIN ALEKSEI VASILII, operating under the brand name Entri Games (hereinafter referred to as “Entri Games”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), registered at:

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Entri Games’ applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

1.1. “User” means any individual accessing or using the Services.
1.2. “Member” means a User who creates an in-game account.
1.3. “Applications” means mobile or web-based games and software published or operated by Entri Games.
1.4. “Virtual Items” means in-game digital goods.
1.5. “Virtual Currency” means in-game currency used to obtain Virtual Items.
1.6. “User Content” means any content uploaded or submitted by Users.
1.7. “Intellectual Property Rights” means all rights under Armenian law and applicable international treaties relating to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and related rights.

2. Eligibility

2.1. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services.
2.2. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or legal guardian consent.
2.3. By using the Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under

the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

3. Account Registration

3.1. Some features require account creation.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
3.3. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
3.4. Accounts remain the property of Entri Games. Users receive a limited right of use only.

4. License Grant

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Entri Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not:

​

  • Reverse engineer or copy the Services

  • Sell accounts or Virtual Items

  • Use the Services unlawfully

  • Interfere with system integrity

5. Virtual Items and Payments

5.1. Virtual Items and Virtual Currency are licensed, not sold.
5.2. They have no real-world monetary value.
5.3. All purchases are final except where mandatory Armenian consumer protection law requires otherwise.
5.4. Entri Games may modify pricing or availability at any time.

If your account is terminated, unused Virtual Items are forfeited without compensation unless Armenian law requires otherwise.

6. User Content

6.1. You retain ownership of your User Content.
6.2. By uploading content, you grant Entri Games a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce,

and distribute such content within the Services.
6.3. You warrant that your content does not violate Armenian law or third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property Protection (Armenian Law Adaptation)

7.1. All intellectual property in the Services belongs to Entri Games or its licensors and is protected under:

  • Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia

  • Law on Copyright and Related Rights of the Republic of Armenia

  • Applicable international treaties ratified by Armenia

 

7.2. If you believe content infringes your intellectual property rights under Armenian law, you may submit a written notice to:

The notice must include:

​

  • Identification of the protected work

  • Identification of the allegedly infringing content

  • Proof of ownership

  • Contact information

  • A statement made in good faith

 

Entri Games reserves the right to remove allegedly infringing content and restrict access.

8. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at:

Processing complies with:

​

  • Law of the Republic of Armenia on Personal Data Protection

  • GDPR where applicable

9. Suspension and Termination

Entri Games may suspend or terminate accounts if Users:

​

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in fraud

  • Violate Armenian law

  • Harm other users

 

No refund is provided unless required by mandatory law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted under Armenian law, Entri Games disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Armenian law:

​

  • Entri Games shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Total liability shall not exceed 100 USD or the amount paid by you in the preceding 6 months, whichever is lower.

 

Nothing limits liability where exclusion is prohibited by Armenian law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction (Republic of Armenia)

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

12.2. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

12.3. If no resolution is reached within 30 calendar days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia in accordance with Armenian procedural law.

12.4. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the user’s country of residence may apply where required by law.

13. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted at entri.games.

 

Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Language

The English version of these Terms shall prevail. Translations are provided for convenience only.
